IPUT, a premier property investment company in Dublin, partnered with Henry J Lyons, one of Ireland's most esteemed architecture firms, to bring the vision of Wilton Park to life.

Spanning 600,000 sq ft, this development will redefine Dublin's cityscape. Beyond hosting commercial spaces, including the notable LinkedIn HQ, the project will encompass vibrant cafés, restaurants, and retail outlets surrounding a lively public square.

At Visual Lab, we were privileged to contribute to this landmark project, producing both CGI visuals and delivering a series of verified photomontages for the project.

Set to be fully realised by 2024, the Wilton Park development promises to rejuvenate a significant portion of the city. Envisioned over four decades, this transformative project aims to accommodate 5,000 residents and professionals.
Beyond providing office spaces, the area will feature vibrant streets brimming with dining, shopping, and relaxation spots. Highlights include a fresh public square and the revitalisation of a sprawling one-acre park.

Each balcony offers a unique narrative, providing diverse experiences for occupants. This theme of lightness is mirrored in the interiors, where capturing abundant natural sunlight was paramount.

Harnessing a diverse range of camera lenses and image proportions, we captured the varied essence of both outdoor and indoor spaces.

Verified Photomontages for the Wilton Park

For this project, we employed Verified Photomontages, a meticulous process that blends photography and computer-generated imagery (CGI). By capturing accurate site photos and superimposing our architectural designs onto them, we ensured that the final visuals were not only compelling but also precise.This method allowed stakeholders to see the project in its actual context, guaranteeing that every aspect, from shadows to scale, aligns seamlessly with the real environment.
