Glass Bottle: A Dynamic Vision Brought to Life

Initiated in Q3'22, the Glass Bottle project unfolds in multiple stages. Phase 1 encompasses the design of various public spaces: from the central boulevard, local streets, and neighborhood squares to inviting plazas and a fresh village green. Within the private domain, one can find podiums, courtyards, and scenic roof terraces.

Our imagery aims to reflect the design's reverence for its locale and the nearby residences. Through strategic entourage placements, our visuals come alive with narrative, vibrancy, and motion. Despite the grand scale, our team meticulously optimized 3D models to capture the envisioned detail, achieving exemplary results.
To meet the project's size, it is broken down into various phases. Currently, we've been involved in phases 1, 1b, 1c, 2, and the Commercial phase, also known as Phase A.
Phase 1 envisions a residential development featuring approximately 570 apartment units across three separate buildings facing Sean Moore Road.

This plan incorporates 10% social housing, 15% affordable housing, a new childcare facility, and 400 square meters of retail space.
In the upcoming Phase 1b, the development will consist of 324 homes, incorporating 32 social homes and an additional 49 homes designated for affordable housing.

This phase will also introduce residential amenities such as a lounge and meeting area, ground-floor retail spaces, 610 new bicycle parking spots, 80 undercroft car parking spaces, landscaped communal courtyards, inclusive of children's play areas, and inviting rooftop terraces.
Through carefully curated images, we harness diverse atmospheric moods, utilising elements like foggy weather to weave compelling visual narratives that evoke a range of emotions and atmospheres, creating a rich and immersive storytelling experience
Phase 2 of the Glass Bottle development envisions a blend of housing and retail units arranged in two blocks on the northwest side of the site. One block faces Sean Moore Road, while the other is situated along the planned central boulevard.

This proposed development encompasses 495 apartment units, including 51 social housing apartments and 75 affordable housing apartments. The planning application introduces two public squares, Glass Bottle Square and Pembroke Square, with a combined area of 1,820 square meters.

At street level, the plan includes 14 retail units, 5 café/restaurant spaces, a gym, a co-working area, and a childcare facility with approximately 90 childcare places and an outdoor play zone spanning around 200 square meters. Additionally, there are plans for inviting residential communal courtyards.
Detailed renderings of the project's design and construction elements have been produced to ensure precision and align with the project's specifications and overall vision.
Phase A of the Glass Bottle project features two blocks with a dynamic mix of amenities. It will house a restaurant/bar, a bakery/café, a sports and recreation area, a collaborative workspace, and an event space. The upper floors are designated for office use.

This commercial venture will enhance parking facilities, inclusive of disabled access and electric vehicle spaces, along with dedicated cycling spaces primarily situated at the basement level.

This application marks the initial phase of the Glass Bottle commercial development, promising a substantial addition of office and enterprise spaces.
Our animated 3D people not only showcase the scale of the space but also infuse dynamic movement, providing a lifelike sense of motion to our architectural visualisations, breathing vibrancy and vitality into the digital representation of each project.

Verified Photomontages for the Glass Bottle

For the "Glass Bottle" project, we aimed to craft clear and precise images that show its development stages. This meant layering our visuals to highlight both specific sections and the overall site. We concentrated on capturing the essence of residential phases 1, 1B, 2, and also the commercial areas. The process? We started with real photos taken by a skilled photographer at the site. We then combined these photos with our digital designs using photo-matching. This blend creates detailed images that are true to the project's vision and the real-world setting. As the Glass Bottle project grows, we're eager to keep adding our touch to its next steps.
